Step 2: Home Assessment Visit
A CAPS-certified specialist visits your home in Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, or anywhere in Thurston County. We walk every room with you, measure doorways and bathrooms, check lighting and pathways, and identify the safety upgrades that will make the biggest difference. Most assessments take 1 to 2 hours.
Step 3: Custom Recommendations Report
Within one week, you receive a written plan prioritized by safety, comfort, and budget. We separate immediate safety upgrades from long-term improvements, with honest cost estimates for each so you can decide what to do now and what to plan for later.
Step 4: Review Meeting
We sit down with you — and family members if you'd like — to walk through every recommendation. We answer every question, adjust the plan based on your feedback, and make sure you fully understand what each change does for your daily life before any work begins.
Step 5: Expert Implementation
Our licensed and insured Thurston County remodeling team handles the work — from curbless walk-in showers and comfort-height toilets to widened doorways and improved lighting.
