Maintenance Subscriptions for Residential and Commercial Clients

Maintenance Subscriptions are structured as such:

• Our initial site visit is complimentary, and is performed during the signing of our contract. 

• A technician will inspect all zones of the property and compile a Property Health Report that details the most pertinent items to address, and concerns to keep an eye on.

• Each site visit following the initial is billed from the contract's retainer. (mobilization fee, itemized hours, materials, and applicable tax) 

• Hours are billed at separate tiers detailed below.

• We will assist you to determine your annual  maintenance needs, and structure a subscription that suits your purposes.
