A: The initial site visit is completely complimentary and performed when you sign your contract. During this visit, a technician will thoroughly inspect all zones of your property and compile a comprehensive Property Health Report that identifies the most pertinent items to address and any concerns to monitor going forward.

A: Each site visit after the initial one is billed from your contract's retainer. Estimates and invoices include the mobilization fee, itemized hours at tier-specific rates (based on urgency, skill-level, and risk), materials used, and applicable taxes.
