Maintenance Subscriptions

Maintenance Subscriptions are structured as such:

• Our initial site visit is complimentary, and is performed during the signing of our contract. 

• A technician will inspect all zones of the property and compile a Property Health Report that details the most pertinent items to address, and concerns to keep an eye on.

• All site visits beyond signing are paid for in advance, based on anticipated needs for the duration of the contract.

• Each site visit (mobilization fee, itemized hours, materials, and applicable tax) is billed from the contract's retainer. 

• Don't use all your retainer before the contract expires? We will refund every unspent penny, or carry it over to the next renewal.

• All hours spent before renewal? You can purchase additional hours at your negotiated rate for the duration of the contract.
