There are many aspects of construction and maintenance work that are patently non-regenerative. It is an exhaustive industry largely dependent on disposables. That ethos is applied to both people and products installed, and it is not only sad, but unsustainable. Integrity Property Services, through its humble works and workers, seeks to shift the status quo of our industry to be in service of the living environment we depend on, and the future generations of our species that will inhabit the built environment we collectively create and maintain. We do that by focusing on our Triple Bottom Line:

Our employees and their families well-being are at the top of our list. We know that sustainability of an operation depends on the quality of works performed. We also know that quality works are performed by those resourced to be present, alert, and skilled for the job. Our employees are encouraged to take time off to spend quality time with family, rest, and recuperate from illness.  

We pay living wages, and have a well defined payscale that encourages employees to acquire the skills necessary to be the most competent service provider that they can. We have an employee wellness program that funds employee access to exercise classes and supplements that make them less predisposed to injury. We believe that if you treat your team right, they will service clients with the same level of dedication.

When proper maintenance is performed with quality products and integrity, there is simply less waste. Caulk fails, wood rots, and organisms move in to play their role as decomposers. With adequate care and preventative maintenance, this inevitable decay can be postponed, and we do so with products that consider the health of both human and non-human beings. We utilize low-VOC paints and primers, and are very mindful of our waste disposal so that our impact on the living environment is minimal.  

We advise upon proper energy utilization by advocating for the installation of efficient products such as high thermal retention insulation, low power consumption appliances and lighting. We also encourage clients and partners to consider the benefits of green-roofs and solar panels being added to their built environment for maximum efficiency. We know that creating a healthier world is a joint effort, which is why we partner with subcontractors and product suppliers that share our ethos.
